Talk to a professional about your yard.  This service is for those that have a developed yard and want to chat with a professional for tips and refinements.

1. Spend a few hours with an expert talking about about your yard
2. Tips, refinments, care of, discussion
3. Hourly rate (effective March 1, 2010) $200.00 per hour including one way travel time, to a maximum of three hours; half price after three hours. One way travel time can vary from 15 to 30 minutes within Edmonton Proper, travel time less than 15 minutes is free.

An Hourly Consultation for the do-it-yourself builder. Is your new or old yard in need of refurbishments?  This service is for the hands on person.  Our meeting will provide you with an overall plan, quick sketch, installation tips and notes, and a plant list.

1. An average of two to three hours planning and designing with Jean will give you enough information to begin your landscape project with confidence
2. The visit will include discussion and collaboration with you, in and around your yard. We will explore and discuss various ideas and many topics regarding your outdoor spaces.
3. We'll prepare a quick sketch to represent what we have planned, so that you will have something to work from as you build your dream.
4. We'll talk about 'how to' tips and how to make the tasks of building your landscape easier or better.
5. We'll create a Plant List tailored to you and your landscape.
6. You'll have many of your landscape questions answered and a professional to bounce your thoughts and/or ideas off while working through the design process
7. Later, if you run into sticky spots, or want clarification, we are always happy to chat with you and provide additional guidance. Follow-up-services are always available during construction, just in case you get stuck or just want to make sure you're on the right track.

This service provides scaled technical drawings that are based on our three on-site meetings. The drawings look like blue-prints and they contain information important to the people building your landscape. Most reliable contractor's value the detail and information in the technical drawings. Most unreliable contractors detest it.

1. This in deapth planning service requires three on-site meetings;
2. Preliminary meeting: site analysis and needs assessment so that the design can capture your needs and tastes
3. Second meeting: Conceptual drawings are presented for review. This provides you the opportunity to review and revise the design.
4. Final meeting: Presentation of technical drawings for your project.
5. We'll discuss and provide recommendations for implementing the design drawings.   We provide professional tips on construction, finding, selecting and working with contractors. We'll discuss some of the maintenance aspects of your new design so that it will grow to fruition. 
6. Every single yard is different so there is some design, meeting and studio time-varience, but on average the complete residential technical drawings are (effective March 1, 2010) $2400.00 travel time included within Edmonton Proper.

The Technical Drawings are for homeowners wishing to procure estimates from contractors for the construction of their design and/or for complex yards that require technical definition.  For example, this service may be applicable for complex retaining wall systems, pond systems, structures and decking, and concrete or other hard surfacing.

We are available for a limited number of projects, to work with clients to find contractors, and manage the business of getting the Landscape Project built.
