Amitola Design Concepts works with communities or groups of people who are interested in green designs or green retrofits. We work with churches, small towns, rural subdivisions, neighbourhoods, green or eco-networks, and condominiums.

This service is for communities that want technical, scaled drawings for the project. 

1. Requires three on-site meetings;
2. Preliminary meeting: site analysis and needs assessment so that the design can capture your needs and tastes
3. Second meeting: Conceptual drawings are presented for review. This provides you the opportunity to review and revise the design.
4. Final, scaled: Presentation of technical drawing for the project.
5. Professional input and advise on your project
